An early morning standoff ended after a police officer Tasered the man who refused to leave the north side home he is accused of breaking into.
Officials with the Thunder Bay Police Service say officers responded to an alleged break and enter in progress in the 100 block of South Court Street.
Officers say they spotted what they believed to be a man inside the residence with a firearm.
Police were able to take a man and woman into custody, but another man remained inside the home.
The Emergency Task Unit responded and was able to take the man into custody around 4 a.m. Police used a Taser to help make the arrest.
All three suspects have been charged with break and entering.
The owner of the home has also been charged with careless storage of a firearm.
