THUNDER BAY -- Poor weather in the east has led to multiple flight delays and cancellations in this city.
As of Thursday afternoon, the Thunder Bay International Airport reported that four expected arrivals had been cancelled, with another flights listed as either late or delayed.
Porter’s 3:30 p.m. arriving from Toronto, West Jet’s 6:45 p.m. flight from Toronto and Wasaya Airway’s 2:55 p.m. from Sioux Lookout were all listed as cancelled before 4 p.m.
All three delayed arrival flights were coming to Thunder Bay via Toronto.
Meanwhile, another two flights expected to leave Thunder Bay Thursday were cancelled.
The 4 p.m. Porter flight and the 7:25 p.m. Westjet Flight to Toronto were both cancelled while another four departing flights were listed as delayed or late.
