Thunder Bay’s Poor Young Things are up for an Indie Award.

The quintet, known for songs Let it Sleep and Blame it on the Good Times, are among 10 nominees for the SiriusXM Emerging Artist of the Year.

Their competition in the English-language category includes Bahamas, Bend Sinister, Cookie Duster, Eight and a Half, Fine Times, Great Bloomers, Half Moon Run, Metz and Whitehorse.
