Pop-up COVID-19 vaccine clinics start Tuesday for anyone five years old and over

Any dose of vaccine is available without an appointment.

THUNDER BAY — Community pop-up clinics for COVID-19 vaccinations will open across the Thunder Bay area starting Tuesday.

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit on Monday released the schedule for eight clinics between Feb. 15 and Mar. 3, 2022.

The following clinics are all open to anyone five years of age or older who needs any dose of the vaccine.

  • St. Jude Elementary School/Ogden Street - Feb. 15, 3:30 to 6 p.m.
  • Our Kids Count/Mackenzie Street - Feb. 15, 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.
  • Our Lady of Charity School/County Boulevard - Feb. 16, 3:30 to 6 p.m.
  • St. Ann Elementary School/Georgina Avenue - Feb. 17, 3:30 to 6 p.m.
  • Algonquin Ave. Public School/Algonquin Avenue - Feb. 22, 3:30 to 6 p.m.
  • Little Lions Waldforf Child Care/Clarke Street - Feb. 22, 5 to 6:30 p.m.
  • Kakabeka Falls Public School - Feb. 24, 2:30 to 6 p.m.
  • Intercity Shopping Centre/Promotions Court - Feb. 26, 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.
  • Kinsmen Northwood Centre/N. James St. - Mar. 1, 3:30 to 6:00 p.m.
  • Minnesota Park/Pacific Ave. - Mar. 3, 3:30 to 6:00 p.m.

All clinics are by walk-in. 

No appointments are necessary.
