The province has announced another contract involving the highway four-laning between Thunder Bay and Nipigon.
LH North Limited has been awarded the job to construct a new four-lane bridge over South Trout Creek near Red Rock.
The contract is worth $ 3.4 million.
Construction is now underway and should be complete by next summer.
A separate contract to four-lane the highway from the Red Rock turn-off to Nipigon will be advertised in 2014.
