Provincial lockdown closes municipal services in Dryden

City of Dryden is shutting down municipal services starting Saturday due to provincewide shutdown.

DRYDEN – As a result of the provincewide shutdown, the City of Dryden is advising the public that the following municipal services will be shutting down or modifying their service;

Dryden Pool & Fitness Centre closed Dec. 26, 2020 to Jan. 10, 2021
Dryden & District Museum closed Dec. 26, 2020 to Jan. 10, 2021
Dryden Arena Closed December 26, 2020 to January 9, 2021
Dryden Public Library curbside pickup only from Dec. 29, 2020 to Jan. 9, 2021

All City of Dryden emergency and essential core services will continue with normal operations during this period.

For questions about COVID-19, people are encouraged to refer to public health and government sources for up-to-date, reliable information. Links to some of these sources can be found on the City’s website at www.dryden.ca/covid19.

To help slow the spread of COVID-19:
  • Wear a mask.
  • Avoid non-essential gatherings and outings – stay home as much as possible.
  • Practice appropriate physical/social distancing – at least two metres apart.
  • Wash your hands frequently using soap and for 15-20 seconds each time.
  • Use hand sanitizer.
  • Cough or sneeze into your arm.
