The Combined Forces Crime Unit seized 35 pounds of marijuana and more than $50,000 following a south-side raid.
Police also found small amounts of crack cocaine and Percocet tablets.
The large haul comes after two search warrants were executed last Thursday; one on Whalen Street and another on North Vickers Street.
Two males and one female, all in the 50s, were arrested and charged.
