Rail maintenance to force closure of area roads

CP Rail officials are alerting people living near Shabaqua about a pair of road closures that may impact area motorists later this month. Block 3 Road, also known as Michener Road, will be closed from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

CP Rail officials are alerting people living near Shabaqua about a pair of road closures that may impact area motorists later this month.

Block 3 Road, also known as Michener Road, will be closed from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on June 15 due to railway crossing maintenance.

Drivers will be detoured to Slab Lake Road.

Also, on June 24, Finmark Road will be closed.

Drivers are asked to use the Sunshine Road instead.
