Rainy River OPP investigating suspicious camper fire

Police responded to a report of a camper trailer fire that had been burned to the ground on Oct. 9. OPP say the investigation into the suspicious blaze remains ongoing.

RAINY RIVER - Police in Rainy River are investigating a suspicious camper trailer fire.

Ontario Provincial Police said in a news release issued Friday that police responded to the fire on Oct. 9 at 1:16 p.m. The camper trailer was burned to ground and located on Charles Road near Cedar Narrows Road in an unorganized township.

Police say an investigation remains ongoing and are asking anyone with information to contact OPP at the toll free number, 1-888-310-1122.
