THUNDER BAY — Police are investigating the death of a male at a location on the city's south side Friday.
The person's remains were found late in the afternoon around the east end of New Vickers Street, in the vicinity of the Jackknife Bridge over the Kam River.
In an update issued Monday, the TBPS said its major crimes unit is continuing its investigation, but there is no threat to public safety.
No additional information was provided.
