NEWS RELEASE
THUNDER BAY PUBLIC LIBRARY
****************************

The TD Summer Reading Club is Canada’s biggest, bilingual summer reading program for kids of all ages, interests and abilities. This free club is offered at more than 2,000 public libraries across Canada, as well as online. The club celebrates Canadian authors, illustrators and stories, and inspires kids to explore the fun of reading their way. This is key to building a lifelong love of reading.

Thunder Bay Public Library is offering the TD Summer Reading Club at all locations. Registration is now open by calling 345-8275, visiting any library location in person, or by registering online at www.tbpl.ca/onlinecalendar (go to July 4 to register).

Everyone who registers for the club will receive a free notebook and stickers to track their reading. There will also be weekly incentive prizes to encourage readers to continue with the program throughout the summer.
