THUNDER BAY -- School buses will not run Wednesday due to weather, while some rural schools will close.
Student Transportation Services of Thunder Bay said the decision was made due to weather and road conditions.
Environment Canada issued a snowfall warning Tuesday afternoon for the city stating 15 to 25 centimetres of snow is expected to accumulate starting early Wednesday morning and likely continuing into Thursday.
Schools that will be closed Wednesday include Crestview, Gorham and Ware, Kakabeka Falls, and Valley Central and Whitefish Valley. All other schools remain open.
