For the second time in less than a week, Lakehead University was forced to close part of its facilities.
Just days after a water main break caused problems for several buildings on campus, a sewer backup in the Bartley Residence Friday morning led to a power outage.
The power outage also had an impact on the Fieldhouse and the LU Hanger.
The sewage reportedly backed up into an area where a high-voltage switch gear was located.
Power was restored at around 1:30 p.m. Friday
