THUNDER BAY -- Six people are in hospital after a three-vehicle collision on the Kaministiquia River Bridge.
Ontario Provincial Police closed Highway 61 after the crash at 8:16 Tuesday morning.
The OPP has released no details as to the nature of the injuries but Const. Diana Cole said officers will be visiting the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre to speak with the vehicles' occupants as part of the ongoing investigation.
Both lanes of the highway were fully re-opened shortly after 9 a.m.
The investigation is ongoing.
