Officials with the Kenora detachment of the OPP say officers stopped an eastbound vehicle on Highway 17A in Kenora around 2 a.m. Thursday. While dealing with the occupants of the vehicle, an officer believed he could detect an odour of marijuana.

The driver and passenger of the vehicle were arrested and searched.
