Sam Sniderman always found what you were looking for a former local record store owner says.
Sniderman, the founder of Sam the Record Man, passed away Sunday at age 92. John Litt, who owned a Thunder Bay location for 10 years until 1986, said Sam stores were always known for having a copy of every album out there. And if not, they would track it down.
“it didn’t matter how obscure it was, he found it,” Litt said of Sniderman.
Litt said Sniderman always cared for every community where he had a store. Funeral arrangements have been set for Tuesday.
