Snowfall has led to all rural school bus routes being cancelled for Monday.
That means the eight rural area schools: Crestview; Kakabeka Falls; Five Mile; Gorham and Ware; McKenzie; Valley Central; Whitefish Valley; Nor-Wester View, are closed for the day.
The urban bus routes are still running for both the public and separate school boards, and all city schools are open.
French-Catholic schools also remain open.
Thunder Bay Christian school will be closed for the day.
