(FORT FRANCES, ON) – The Rainy River District Ontario Provincial Police, (OPP)  Detachment is seeking the public’s assistance in speaking with anyone who may have had dealings with a young male cyclist/pedestrian on Highway# 11, about 2 kilometers east of the village of Emo, on Wednesday May 4, 2016 around 6:00 pm.
