Police charged a 36-year-old-woman in connection to a stabbing that took place over the weekend.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers responded to an alleged stabbing around 5 p.m. in the Picton Avenue area Sunday.
Paramedics brought a 26-year-old-man to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Centre, where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The male victim was released Monday.
Police have since charged a woman suspect with aggravated assault.
Police say the two people involved knew each other and that alcohol was involved.
