Suspect sought in Circle K robbery (2 photos)

Police are looking for a suspect following a Circle K robbery March 16.
THUNDER BAY – City police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect of a robbery on Saturday at a southside convenience store.

Thunder Bay Police Service officers were dispatched to the Circle K Convenience Store in the 1300 block of Arthur Street East just after 7 a.m. on Saturday in response to a reported robbery.

Police learned a female suspect had entered the store and attempted to grab money from each cash register. She then threatened the store clerk.

Police say the suspect exited the store and entered a blue four-door sedan. The vehicle was last seen travelling eastbound on Arthur Street.

The suspect is described as an Indigenous woman standing about five-foot-five or five-foot-six with a thin build. She wore blue jeans and a black hoodie at the time of the robbery.
