City police have arrested a suspect in connection with a recent pharmacy armed robbery.
Thunder Bay Police Service officials say officers have arrested a suspect in connection with the Wednesday, June 20 robbery of Janzen’s Pharmacy in Westfort.
A 32-year-old man was taken into custody Thursday evening at about 6:40 p.m. following a traffic stop on the city’s south side.
The man had been charged with robbery with a weapon, wearing a disguise with intent, possession of a controlled substance and breach of recognizance.
The suspect is expected to make a court appearance Friday.
