THUNDER BAY -- Some Tbaytel customers are still without high speed internet and digital television after an outage on Thursday night.
The company issued a release on Friday afternoon, stating the "widespread" outage disrupted service for approximately three hours.
Service was restored for the majority of customers' service but some disruption is still occurring.
Tbaytel warned it's experiencing high call volumes as its technicians work with individual customers to restore service. In the release, the company suggested performing a full system reboot on digital television services.
