Bids were opened Thursday for a major landscaping contract for Prince Arthur's Landing.
The three tenders range from $3.6 million to $4.5 million. Officials with the city's materials management office said the gap between the high and low bids does raise some questions.
The bids will be studied over the next few days to ensure everything is compliant and whether there are any errors or omissions.
Waterfront project manager Katherine Dugmore said she's pleased with the bids, but would not comment on whether they're higher or lower than the city's pre-budget estimate.
The item is expected to be brought before council on April 11.
