Now he's working on a report that looks at how local communities bring their resources together to make policies at the Provincial and Federal levels work.
On Tuesday he provided an overview of where Thunder Bay's workforce needs to be economically and how to get there.
The presentation helped representatives of the North Superior Workforce Planning board gain a sense of direction in growing our region's workforce and economy.
