Police charged three individuals in connection to a spray-painting spree that vandalized buildings, houses, vehicles and fences in the Northward area.
Thunder Bay Police officers arrested a 15-year-old, 17-year-old and an 18-year-old early Saturday after they were caught spray-painting a building near Balsam Pits. Police later found red spray paint on houses, vehicles, fences and on a school.
The three accused remain in custody and had a video court appearance Saturday morning.
