THUNDER BAY — City police took three suspects into custody following a disturbance Wednesday morning in the intercity area.
Police said officers were dispatched just after 8:30 AM after an incident in the 1100 block of Waterford Street, which runs between Dunlop and Carrick Streets.
They found an injured person who appeared to have been assaulted.
The individual was taken to hospital for treatment.
Officers then located and apprehended three people who were in the vicinity.
Police said their investigation continues but charges are pending.
