THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay Police have charged a city man in connection with an incident Saturday morning in which an SUV struck the wall of an office building.
The collision caused extensive damage both to the front of the vehicle and to the building that houses an H & R Block office.
Initial reports from police indicated a medical issue may have been involved in the incident, and the driver was taken to hospital. Investigators subsequently learned there was no medical issue.
A 35-year-old man now faces charges of careless driving and driving with a suspended license.
