Thunder Bay man wins $100K

William Ofcak is a $100,000 richer. The Thunder Bay resident on Friday was revealed as the winner of the prize stemming from a Jan. 23 Lott 6/49 Encore draw. The winning ticket was sold at K&A Variety on City Road on Fort William First Nation.
