THUNDER BAY -- Ontario Provincial Police have charged a 22-year-old Thunder Bay resident with robbery with a weapon, assault, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
The woman was arrested just before 10 p.m. Saturday after officers responded to a report of an armed robbery at a business on the Whitesand First Nation near Armstrong.
Police said nobody was injured in the incident.
The accused was taken into custody at the scene and was subsequently remanded to the Thunder Bay Correctional Centre pending her next court appearance.
