THUNDER BAY – Tim Hortons hopes to be dishing out smiles all week.
Across the country, Tim Hortons launched their annual Smile Cookie campaign on Monday with all proceeds from the $1 treats going towards local charities.
Jennie Prepp, who is the owner of three Thunder Bay franchises, said the proceeds raised will go towards the Toys for Tots drive.
“I think it’s an important charity here,” she said. “We’re always happy to partner up with the firefighters every year.”
She added $47,000 was raised locally last year.
The campaign continues through Sunday.
