Officials with the OPP say Highway 11 is open to a single lane near Greenstone.
The provincial police say the partial closure is located about 102 kilometres east of Longlac.
The eastbound lane is open and police at the scene are using traffic control to route traffic in both directions.
Sources say the closure is due to a tractor trailer in a ditch.
Police say they will issue updates as they become available.
