THUNDER BAY – Highway 527 at the Kopka River Bridge will be temporarily closed on Thursday.
The Ministry of Transportation said the bridge will be closed for two periods of about two hours each between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The closure is to ensure the safety of road workers and drivers while bridge jacking and bearing replacement work is being done.
Motorists are reminded to obey and follow all traffic signage and flag persons.
