THUNDER BAY – The 33rd annual Westfort Street Fair gets underway Saturday.
Westfort Village Association’s Jack Moro says the fair will see a mix of vendors and activities for everything. There will also be a little something new this year.
“The West Thunder Community Centre is very involved this season and they have a $2,000 cash draw with some secondary prizes,” Moro said.
“People who put their names in will be helping the community centre out.”
He added that the fair is a great way for people to explore the neighbourhood.
A stretch of Frederica Street will be closed to vehicle traffic from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
