The Trans-Canada Highway between Marathon and White River has been re-opened to one lane.
The highway was completely closed following a two-vehicle collision that police confirmed has killed two people early this morning about 15 kilometres east of Marathon.
Two Quebec men, an 18-year-old and a 19-year-old, are dead.
Three other people were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
OPP officers were on the scene for about eight hours conducting an investigation.
