THUNDER BAY -- A water main break has forced the closure of a portion of River Street.
City work crews are working on repairing the water main, which has led to the closure of two westbound lanes.
The work is being done at River and Whalen Streets and is expected to take several hours.
Detours are available for westbound traffic.
