A train derailed on a Canadian Pacific Rail line near Dryden.
There were no injuries or environmental hazards reported as a result of the Northern Ontario train derailment.
CP Rail spokesman Michael LoVecchio said 11 cars from an eastbound grain train left the tracks Monday morning. Motorists were forced to use a detour route because the derailment was blocking a crossing.
The cleanup of the derailment site is expected to take longer than usual because of a winter storm in the area.
