A crash near Dorion closed the TransCanada Highway for nearly six hours Tuesday night.
A transport was apparently trying to pass another truck but ran out of room with the oncoming traffic.
The transport being passed was pushed onto the shoulder and rolled over.
Both the driver and the passenger in that truck were sent to Nipigon hospital with minor injuries.
A 37-year-old Winnipeg man who was driving the other transport has been charged with attempting to pass when the roadway isn't clear.
Traffic was diverted down the Dorion Loop Road while the wreckage was cleared.
