Two commercial vehicles collided on Highway 11 near Stratton Tuesday afternoon, reports the Rainy River District OPP.
The crash led to a four-hour closure of the highway. Morley and Dawson Township Fire Department personnel assisted the OPP at the scene.
Police say a pulp truck heading east collided with a courier truck as it entered the highway from Cave Road. The driver of the courier was taken to the Rainy River Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police rerouted traffic onto municipal roads while heavy equipment was brought in to move the vehicles from the scene.
Police continue to investigate. The cause of the crash is still unknown.
