THUNDER BAY - Thunder Bay Police are investigating a motor vehicle collision on the city’s south side that sent one person to hospital.
The collision occurred on the corner of Arthur Street and Syndicate Avenue South just before 4 p.m. and involved a car and an SUV. Emergency crews responded to the scene, including Thunder Bay Police, Superior North EMS, and Thunder Bay Fire Rescue.
Both vehicles received extensive damage to the front end and a traffic light was damaged.
Police said one person was transported to hospital with minor injuries. Officers remain on the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
