UPDATE/ TRAFFIC: High Street re-opened after brief weather-related closure

On March 16, 2016 at 2:15p.m. Thunder Bay Police has closed High Street North between John Street and Red River Road due to icy road conditions. City Roads had been notified regarding the conditions. The roadway re-opened just before 3 p.m.
