THUNDER BAY -- City council will wait a month before hearing a report on new plans for Victoriaville.
The Fort William Business District's asked council to wait until local business owners could meet with city administration and get more details on the report, which make several recommendations including a new management structure.
"Basically for them to walk us through it," business owner JP Fraser said.
