THUNDER BAY -- Voting for Ontario’s worst roads has begun anew for 2016.
And according to early results, Thunder Bay’s Balmoral Street is among the most-hated in the province’s north and east regions.
The north-south arterial is currently sixth in Ontario, fifth in the region, as of Wednesday night. Water Street is 17th in the province.
Ottawa’s Carling Avenue currently tops the list, which is compiled each year by the Canadian Automobile Association.
