The Thunder Bay Chill will face off against the Charlotte Eagles Saturday at 3 p.m.
The Chill are in search for their second championship in franchise history. The Chill have played in four championship games the last decade, winnning one in 2008, and coming up short in 2010 and 2013.
The Charlotte Eagles have never won a PDL championship.
The Chill finished first in the Heartland Division with a regular-season record of 9-2-3. They have not surrendered a goal throughout the entirety of the playoffs.
The Eagles finished second in the South Atlantic Division with an identical reord of 9-3-2. They advanced to the final after beating Mississippi Brilla FC 3-1 in the semi-finals.
