THUNDER BAY – Traffic lanes will be reduced on a section of Water Street in order to prep the site for planned infrastructure and drainage improvements.

According to a release issued on Thursday by the city, the work will take place between Fort William Road and Bay Street.

The work is in preparation for asphalt resurfacing, expected to begin in August and last for approximately three weeks.

Motorists are asked to use caution when driving in the area near the construction zone.
