What's Poppin': festivals, markets, and Mean Girls: High School Edition!

There's a few things to do this weekend in Thunder Bay!
What's Poppin'

The Thunder Bay Country Market is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Canadian Lakehead Exhibition: 425 Northern Ave. head on down to buy local groceries, crafts, and gifts from the talented, hard-working local people who created them.

The Peddlers Pop-up Market is happening at the hub Bazaar on Victoria Ave East from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The hub Bazaar is a business incubator with anchor vendors and pop-up peddlers every Saturday! There's a cafe, eatery and even a museum!

Visit Northern Nature Trading, a special kind of swap shop!  Bring in items you've found in nature and trade them for things in the collection. You can trade things made by nature like rocks, shells, fossils and pine cones. Trading is based on points; you are awarded points for what you know about your item, what makes it different from similar ones and the quality (clean, good condition). For more information contact the Mary J.L. Black Community Hub or email [email protected]
