What’s Poppin’: Hockey, Markets, and Little Women

Sports:

The Thunder Bay North Stars are playing this weekend. Fun for the whole family. Puck drops at 7 p.m. and this Saturday the North Stars take on the Fort Frances Lakers at the Fort William Gardens. Purchase tickets at the Fort William Gardens box office!

Markets: 

The Thunder Bay Country Market is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Canadian Lakehead Exhibition: 425 Northern Ave. head on down to buy local groceries, crafts, and gifts from the talented, hard-working local people who created them.  

The Peddlers Pop-up Market is happening at the hub Bazaar on Victoria Ave East from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The hub Bazaar is a business incubator with anchor vendors and pop-up peddlers every Saturday! There's a cafe, eatery and even a museum! 

The Boreal Museum and Laura's Micro Mart have teamed up to make a youth based market that will feature science experiments, crafts, activities, and more! 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at 507 Victoria Ave East.

Theatre:

Cambrian Players is proud to present, Little Women, by Louisa May Alcott, adapted by Marisha Chamberlain and directed by Rachel Warburton and Jim Hobson. Little Women runs from March 1st to 5th, and 8th to 11th at the Cambrian Players Theatre at 818 Spring Street. Tickets are $20 for seniors/students and $25 for general admission.
