The team from the Hoito will be flipping pancakes for a return of the Hoito experience this Mother's Day in the main hall of Goods and Co Market. Tickets are $60 plus tax per person with 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. seating times. All proceeds from pancake sales will go to the the Finlandia Co-operative.
The Slovak Legion will be holding a Mother's Day Brunch, with the first seating at 10 a.m. and the second at 1 p.m. Tickets are $42 for adults, $34 for seniors and $17 for children.
The Italian Cultural Society will hold a Mother's Day Brunch. Seating will be available at 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Tickets are $40 for adults and $20 for children, and they must be reserved in advance.
Mother's Day at the Davinci Centre will also run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tickets are $45 plus tax for adults, $18 plus tax for children and free for kids under three. These tickets are available in the main office.
A Mother's Day Historic Cradleboard Exhibit will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 610 Simpson Street East. The exhibit is free with donations welcome at the door. A basket raffle will also be held in support of the Cradleboard Collective. Tea and bannock will be available.
A Mother's Day Tea at the Masala Grille will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The cost is $34.95 per person, with children under 10 costing $17.95 and children four and under free. Reservations are required.
A Mother's Day Tea will be held at the West Thunder Community Centre from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. To reserve a seat, call (807) 627-2644 or email. It is $40 per ticket.
A Mother's Day High Tea will be held at Red Lion Smokehouse with its first seating at 12 p.m. and the second at 3 p.m. Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite.
Dragons and Mythical Beasts will run live at the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium at 2 p.m.
