The Thunder Bay Country Market is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Canadian Lakehead Exhibition: 425 Northern Ave. head on down to buy local groceries, crafts, and gifts from the talented, hard-working local people who created them.
The Peddlers Pop-up Market is happening at the hub Bazaar on Victoria Ave East from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The hub Bazaar is a business incubator with anchor vendors and pop-up peddlers every Saturday! There's a cafe, eatery and even a museum!
Visit Northern Nature Trading, a special kind of swap shop! Bring in items you've found in nature and trade them for things in the collection. You can trade things made by nature like rocks, shells, fossils and pine cones. Trading is based on points; you are awarded points for what you know about your item, what makes it different from similar ones and the quality (clean, good condition). Spooky Season Market at Marina Park from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Head on down and celebrate an early Halloween in support of Our Kids Count! Free trick or treating for all! Wear a costume and be entered to win a prize! Carnival games and bouncy castle! Food trucks and vendors!

Live Theatre:
Magnus Theatre presents Meet My Sister by Bonnie Green, A hilarious Canadian play about sibling rivalry, aging parents and childhood memories, written by Bonnie Green (Dock Spider). Sisters, Blanche and Stella could not be more different but they must join forces when Mom, who is scheduled to move to a Long Term Care Facility, locks herself in her home and refuses to go. Live Music:
It’s the spookiest night of the year as the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra presents its Halloween Spooktacular. An event for the whole family, featuring music from Harry Potter, classic Halloween movies and other SPOOKY tunes, it will be a concert to remember! Wear your favourite costume and bring all your little ghosts and ghouls to enjoy this musical treat! 2 p.m. at the St Patrick's High School (Selkirk) Auditorium. More info and tickets here!
