Lake Superior Biathlon in partnership with Kamview Nordic Centre will be hosting Bruno's Great Waypoint Corral: A Biathlon Orienteering Race on Saturday starting at 9 a.m.
Haunted Harbour Family Day will spook from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the Alexander Henry.
The Lakehead Thunderwolves women's basketball team takes on the Winnipeg Wesmen in an exhibition contest. The game starts at noon at the C.J. Sanders Fieldhouse.
On Saturday from 3 to 7 p.m. the annual Witches Walk at Belluz Farms returns. All ages are welcome and tickets are $10.
Sunday:
On Sunday, a fabulous morning of entertainment and delicious food goes from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the The Fall Into Drag Brunch. The event will be held at the Dawson Trail Craft Brewery where you can enjoy craft brews and a fantastic Wiggins Productions Drag Show.
From 1 to 4 p.m. at Carol’s Cakes Bake Shop, there will be two kids bake offs. One for ages six to nine and another for ages 10 to 13.
All Weekend Long:
The 30th and final edition of Pumpkinfest kicks off at 11 a.m. on Saturday. The event runs for five weekends with over 20 attractions.
For the first time since 2019, races will be held at the Mosquito Speedway this weekend. The dirt oval, which is now officially known as at the King of the Fields Test and Tune facility, is hosting the Wayne Hari “Fall Freezer” Memorial on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Racing starts at 1 p.m. on both days.
