Windsor Street fight leads to death of 18-year-old man, 2 facing murder charges

THUNDER BAY -- A fight between three people at a Windsor Street housing complex has left an 18-year old man dead. A second 18-year-old man was arrested and has been charged with second-degree murder.

THUNDER BAY -- A fight between three people at a Windsor Street housing complex has left an 18-year old man dead.

A second 18-year-old man was arrested and has been charged with second-degree murder. He’ll appear by video court from police headquarters.

Police, who were called shortly after midnight on Wednesday, are on the hunt for another suspect, who is known to law enforcement. Attempts are being made to arrest the suspect – though police have not provided a name or description.

The victim’s name is also being withheld until next-of-kin can be notified.

It’s the city’s fourth homicide of 2016.
